Terms & Condition of use

1. All photos & articles or any other media used on this web page are fully owned by Wez Photo Works & Wissley Suhen. It was use under permission from client(s) as written(s) in the  booking & service agreement. Wez Photo Works may use client(s) photo/articles for its promotional on printed media or online media. Copying, downloading or using any part of photo or media found in this website for commercial use is prohibited.  
2. All bookings & client(s) data such as full name, identity card (NRIC) number, telephone contact & e-mail will always kept safely by Wez Photo Works/Wissley & will never be reveal to any third party to protect the privacy of customer. However, their name, date and venue of event/wedding will be published with or without customer consent. Client may choose not to have their photo/name or other particular not to be published in this website.
3. Bookings must be made at least 30 days before the proposed event/shooting date and Wez Photo Works/Wissley has the right to reject or not to accept any bookings if there was an early bookings made at the same date. All confirmed bookings must be paid in a minimum & compulsory fee of 20% (otherwise mentioned) from the package price. Booking fee is not refundables unless cancelled at least 60 days before the propose date/shooting & must be in written document regarding the cancellations. Booking date changes will cost RM150 and must be subject to available date. If the changes clash with other booked event, Wez Photo Works may choose not to work on the new suggested date.
4. Full payment may be made upon date booking or upon delivery of DVD / Sofcopy / Printed photo / Photo Album / Media. Installment payment may also be made but product will not be delivered before full payment is made.
